Welcome! I am Shougang Dallas Cao, the sole developer and maintainer of GT4T.

With GT4T, you can get several translation results for you to pick from for selected text in any Windows/Mac window.

It’s hard to say which is the best automatic translation engine. When you think Google Translate is good. It will fail catastrophically soon. The correct way to use machine translation is perhaps to use several engines and pick the best result. You can exactly do that With GT4T: select the original text in any window and press Ctrl win J to see the results of several engines.

Use up/down arrows to select the best translation and enter to insert.
