You are entitled to a prorated refund. We refund the value of what you haven't yet used from your license.

In case of time-based plans, the refund will be calculated based on the unused days. In case of char-based plans, the refund will be calculated based on the number of unspent characters.

For example, if you request a refund on a $100 yearly plan in month 6 of the plan year, you will be refunded $50, corresponding to the remaining 6 months of your plan.
